Where do I check in?
The concierge desk is located in the 1804 address. There are no phones in the individual rooms but the desk can be reached at (215) 735-1137.
What does the continental breakfast offer? Where is it?
Our elevated continental breakfast service consists of an array of sweet & savory bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, peanut butter, jams, cereal, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, dairy milk, almond milk, fruit yogurt, and orange & cranberry juice our main 1804 dining room.
What are the times of the continental breakfast?
Our weekday breakfast services are Monday-Friday offered from 7:45AM to 10:00AM, and our weekend breakfast services are Saturday and Sunday offered from 8:00AM to 11:00AM.
What is the pet policy?
For an additional $50 fee and with advance notice, we only admit service pets at La Reserve on Pine.
Are children welcome at La Reserve on Pine?
We welcome children 10 years and older at La Reserve on Pine. We cannot under any circumstances accommodate infants.
Where do I park?
Unfortunately, La Reserve on Pine does not have dedicated parking. There is a garage at 1740 South Street (between 17th and 18th Streets) that is $25.00 per 24 hours. If the garage at 1740 South Street is full, we suggest the garage located at 1845 Walnut Street, across from Rittenhouse Square Park, $35 per 24 hours.
Please note that parking in front of La Reserve on Pine is not legal. La Reserve on Pine is not responsible for any parking tickets that may arise from illegal parking.
Where can I load and unload?
There is a 30-minute only loading/unloading zone space in the front of our 1804/1806 property. Please be advised, we do not own this loading zone. Please make sure to see these signs when you pull up to our property to unload your luggage and make sure to have your hazards on during this time.
Does La Reserve on Pine offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased online or in person.
Is there any handicapped parking?
Unfortunately, La Reserve on Pine does not have any handicapped parking.The nearest public parking garage is three blocks away at Garage at 1740 South Street.
Are there any elevators?
No, there are no elevators at La Reserve on Pine. We are handicapped limited. We are a four-story walk-up building.
Can I inquire about a group booking rate for reserving all of the rooms for an event?
